Sound Blocks promote colour recognition, shapes, colours and reasoning.  Auditory stimulation is provided by the music from the blocks.  Gross motor skills are used in grabbing the blocks and placing them.  Communication skills are enhanced when the child is encouraged to talk about their activity procedure.
